hmm..jus rch hm n gonna blog..hahas..wok up at 9+ n decided to g bck slp..dn wok up at around 12+ mother cook..or i should sae alrd cook hao deh bah..hmm..dn eat finish plaed ps all e way..was sian..dn meet baby at around 6+ at bc nth do there..dn aft tt sent baby hm..it rained..super shaq..tot can plae bball deh dn in e end it rained..dn meet shifu at blk 5..gary choon shifu da jie ah ying darlene was there..dn rch there tok a while jiu started our physical trainin..it came out jus so randomly n we did alot of different kinds of physical..hahas..was fun:D..we laughed alot too..i tink laugh oso can train 6 pack liao..esp e endurance..hahas..so long didnt see gary liao..hahas.2dae meet him n seriously gt alot of fun leh..dn shifu since get into civil defence lyk veri siao physical..coz he sae he dun wanna let his muscle rest dn lata go bck camp hav to pain again..but good to see shifu lyk tt..i seriously miss playin bball tgt leh..so long nv liao..if one dae ..gary cme bck train wit us..dn all present inculdin wilson which long tym nv plae wit liao.dn all improve dn plae..sure dam fun deh lah..but dunnoe y it seems so impossible..hais..sad.. tis few dyz veri sick:(..flu cum thoart ulcer?dn sneeze tt tym veri pain.. jiu blog til here bah..update soon..takecare guyz:D ifeelcold): Labels: i sae i will win him means i will #09 |
